I spent this afternoon with my little sister and Mat photographing their couple shoot in the gorgeous Durban winter sun – (yummy). It’s just to cute to see these two, knowing what journeys God has taken them both on to bring them to where they are today. I pray that God will bless them and guide them in the coming months ahead. Here are some beautiful images which capture two beautiful people who make an even better couple. I had fun, even though Christy was moaning and saying she didn’t look good in this position and I hate this dress – but I beg to differ – you look great in these photographs! Ah, my little sister and Mat

Ah, my little sister and Mat
May 23, 2010Sophie is loved
May 22, 2010Sophie loves her mummy & daddy! And her mummy and daddy love her so much. Her mum is just loving the cute little smiles and expressive gestures. That’s why she contacted me to book her baby portraits as soon as I had an opening. We took a few portraits in the nursery and then decided to head outdoors and explore the beautiful scenery. Ah, I had so much fun – I felt like hugging this little family when we were finished. What gorgeous photographs I have of little Sophie and her loving mummy & daddy
A Romantic Wedding
May 19, 2010A romantic wedding – yes I know all weddings have an air of romance, but this wedding was different. There was sun, rain, hail, thunder, lightning, laughter, joy, tears and love. Love floated around amongst good friends and family whilst they enjoyed the celebrations amidst an impressive thunder storm and torrential down pour. It was an Italian wedding at a beautiful venue in the Natal Midlands called La Lampara. The attention to detail was stunning, crystal glasses, little bird cages with fairy lights – the venue was breathtaking. The bride beautiful and the groom handsome – what more could a wedding photographer want
This bride & groom rocked, despite the rain
May 16, 2010God knows exactly how much we can handle and he sends us just the right trials for every stage of life. This couple had so many trials and hardships to bear in the week leading up to their wedding. But this bride & groom rocked! God knew they could do it and I’m sure he will be with them as they begin their new life together. We had so much fun despite the rain. Yes it even rained on their wedding day after Durban had experienced a week of warm sunshine. The more I kept reassuring the bride about how lovely the lighting will be and at least she wouldn’t be shimmering in her sweat if it were hot – the more she kept saying, “Yes, and that’s what brides who get married on sunny days say to brides who have rain on their wedding day!” What a beautiful day God blessed you with
Engagement Shoots
May 13, 2010“Engagement Shoots, Couple Shoots, Anytime shoots & Just because shoots” are so much fun. There’s no pressure, just time for the couple to enjoy each other in front of my camera and for me to chit chat with them. Everyone is relaxed
Here are some photos from a previous engagement shoot. They were relaxed. She loves him & he loves her. And I got to know a little bit more about them. Can’t wait for their Wedding up in Ballito, Durban later on this year.

Such a pretty little girl, amazing how girls look like girls and boys like boys but there’ll always be someone who thinks its a boy even though you’ve dressed your little girl in pink… Its happened to me on more than one occasion:)
I just LOVE these Newborn portraits!! and I know her mummy loves them to!
