Tami and Ryan’s wedding, at Docklands Hotel in Durban, was such a romantic, dreamy, soft, sensitive, sincere, family orientated wedding. It was so lovely, one of our favorites for so many reasons! Tami had mentioned to me that her wedding would be a DIY wedding, this always excites me, but the level of excitement I felt when I walked into the reception hall at Docklands increased. This venue is so different from other venues, and Tami really stamped her personality and love on everything. While I photographed and admired the decor, I learnt that the little ceramic hearts, candle holders and jewelry boxes were all hand made by Tami and the special ladies in her life. WOW – just look at the detail and care – they went to pottery lessons… Stunning – my little jewelry box is sitting on my bedside table and every time I look at it I am reminded of Tami and Ryan.
